I joined F&G Botswana as a non-skilled personnel on the 2nd of May 2011 at the age of 22.working as general labour doing various manual duties like tobacco crushing among others .Due to my capabilities, determination, hardworking, ability to bring new methodologist to the company and the ability to work under less supervision, management showed there interest on my services by introduce me to learn the extraction department .I operated this equipment for about a year. Since I was learning fast I managed to take on the falling film department later on I worked at scraper my responsibilities was to deal with finish product quality and labelling of products. I continued to show interest on learning more so that I was given the opportunity to operate the boiler and learning some inventories and records keeping from Mr Rozo.

My hard working and determination and the hunger to learn still continues to be my priorities to see the organision grow.What ever good thing you do is shown by result thus in return the company showed there interest on me by motivating by selecting me as a best employee of the year for the 2012,2013,2014,2016 and year 2018.Thats when the compny realised my effort and my psychological growth and give me other new challenging responsibilities to deal with quality control mostly putting more effort the quality of product aas it concerned ,moisture content ,dealing with sample test before the tobacco be extracted in the workshop among others .the main challenging responsibility I was givin as the company seen my potential is being to assist engineer .Early on 2019 I was given the opportunity to run and operate the volatile tobacco oil extraction plant,currently is still my man duty on the company

My vision is to implement some methodologist that will implement new market s strategies . I excel at prioritizing tasks ,collaborating with staff .There is a lot I achieved through all these years under the barge of F&G ,I have learnt to operate different machinery and equipment the company has done a lot for me like I have acquired various certificates such basic first aid introduction to IT among others. Figure 3 shows a picture of on the Lab doing some sample test and figure 4 it’s my current picture still doing my daily duties.
